If you have a co-signer, the deposit will only be $300

Cats are allowed with a $300 non-refundable fee.

Parking: Each apartment has one parking space. Additional reserved parking spaces are available for $20 a month.

Garages available $50.00 monthly
The garages are 10ft x 20ft and are rented on a monthly basis.

All apartments have:
• a balcony or patio
• Air conditioning
• Dishwasher
• Comcast cable/internet available
• Each building has a 24 hour laundry

Utilities:
Residents are responsible for their electricity and gas to the apartment. Water, sewer and trash is included with the monthly rent

How do I apply?
Download, print and fill out the application and send it into the manager @ along with $35 for the application fee. Once the credit report is approved , the manager will contact you on your successful application and move in dates and information.

if the $100 Holding Fee is paid at the time applications are dropped off, the Application Fee for each applicant will be waived.
